A. Global Financial Reset:
Tues. 15 March Bruce: Some Historic Bond Holders have been paid and would have access to their funds in 48 hours, or by 

Thurs. 17 March. It would take 15 days to complete paying out all Bond Holders.

Tues. 15 March MarkZ: Historic Bond Holders would have full access to their funds by 
Thurs. 17 March. Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) would take around three weeks to be paid out, with completion by 4 April – making our start time sometime this week.

It was their goal to have Tier 5 (the general public) be able to exchange foreign currencies at the new international rates by Mon. 4 April.
